We specialize in a power yoga practice that will tone and strengthen your body, ease your mind, and nourish your soul.

Whether you are looking for high-energy classes to make you sweat or in need of a calm reset for your energy, our classes offer a variety of experiences designed to serve your daily practice needs.

All are welcome to all classes! Instructors offer modifications and assistance in order for all levels to feel welcome and supported. Folks in need of guided modifications such as students who are or might be pregnant, students with physical needs, and/or students with past or present injury are encouraged to check in with the instructor prior to class. power yoga foundations

New to yoga? Come join us for a class designed to introduce you to the flow and balance of a vinyasa power class. “Vinyasa” refers to yoga practice that links breath with movement to heat and balance the body. This class incorporates extended instruction at a slower pace than our other Power classes. Students will learn basic alignment and build strength each week to support their budding power yoga practice. Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike who want to review the basics or fine tune their practice! Heated to 85/90 degrees. Our signature class! Power classes are a strong moving flow that cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease. Modifications are offered for beginning and advanced students. Each instructor is unique, so we recommend coming 2-3 times a week during your Intro Month to try as many as you can! Heated to 85/90 degrees. Rocket / Ashtanga

HIIT flow

This fast-paced class is a modification of the Ashtanga primary series, drawing on traditional principles and techniques of Ashtanga movement lineage while also encouraging freedom of expression from the set sequence. Rocket is a style of Ashtanga Yoga that brings the core poses together in a 70 minute sequence. Handstands, arm balances, and inversions are offered throughout for students looking for adventure! Adventure-loving yogis are inspired to push their limits in this fast-paced Vinyasa class which incorporates vigorous repetitions to build heat and lead up to a peak pose. Arm balances, inversions, and unconventional transitions are presented to spark curiosity and challenge awareness. This is our most challenging class. Students are encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and embrace their full potential! Heated to 85/90 degrees. Please arrive a few minutes early, our doors are locked at the start of each class!

Our version of the 26-pose Bikram Series! This class is hot and challenges you to strengthen and tone the entire body in just one hour. Breath will link the poses and music will be used to guide your flow. Heated to 90 degrees. Please arrive a few minutes early, our doors are locked at the start of each class!

Beginners and seasoned yogis alike are welcome in this fun fusion class! Between traditional power yoga elements like Sun Salutes and Vinyasa flow yoga poses, students are led to heat up their practice with extended core-focused exercises and body weight resistance calisthenics. This full body fusion workout will leave you feeling toned, strong, and accomplished! Heated to 85 degrees. Please arrive a few minutes early, our doors are locked at the start of each class!

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This class offers a series of exercise intervals that will leave you sweaty and empowered, incorporating interval periods connected by traditional Yoga poses and Sun Salutations. This all-levels class invites students to build stability with longer-held poses to investigate the nuances of skeletal and muscular alignment throughout class. A slower pace allows time for specific alignment instructions, greater awareness of the breath, and a deeper experience and understanding of each posture. Heated to 85 degrees. Alignment and Restorative yoga classes

Yin / restorative yoga

This class is the perfect opportunity to slow down and rest. Props are used extensively to support your body so you can hold grounded poses for long periods of time. During the longer holds in restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. You will have the time and space to drop into a deep meditative state. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them an ideal complement to more active classes and an excellent antidote to stress. Unheated. The best of both worlds! Each class will allow you to alternate between energizing Vinyasa flow and supported restorative postures. A calm warm up leads into a brisk movement sequence linked with breath. After the Vinyasa sequence, sink into luxurious restorative poses designed to relax the body and release the mind. reiki, relax, restore

Students are provided with Reiki Healing Energy from a teacher who is a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Enjoy the relaxation of a restorative practice while you soak in positive energy. Please arrive a few minutes early, our doors are locked at the start of each class!

Beginners and seasoned yogis alike are welcome in this unique fusion class! Power yoga staples like Sun Salutes and Vinyasa flow yoga poses are sprinkled with traditional Kundalini Yoga Kriyas for a full-body transformative experience. Kriyas are repetitious movements linked with breath designed to target the nervous system, challenge endurance, and focus the mind on the present moment. Immerse yourself in uplifting chanting, electrify your nervous system and leave feeling refreshed. Heated to 85 degrees. Luxuriate in the soundscape of Singing Crystal bowls, gongs, soothing vocals and other instruments as you are transported deeply into your meditation.
